Mission de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la création d'hébergements immersifs et autres travaux sur le site des Vieux Métiers à Azannes : aménagement de chambres à l'intérieur de maisons déjà présentes sur le site (30 lits en tout) et création d'un nouveau bâtiment ("Grand Accueil") de 370 m2 environ de surface habitable (plus 160 m2 d'espaces extérieurs couverts (appentis et coursives). Les travaux se feront en partie en site occupé. Ils seront conçus de manière à s'intégrer parfaitement à l'architecture du site (19e siècle / début 20e).
