DRA-11932 - USA (Nashville, Tennessee) - Airfield Pavement Condition Index Study Service - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airfield pavement condition index study service to the government authority located in Nashville, TN. – Provide visual Pavement Condition Index (PCI) inspection, deflection testing, ground penetrating radar (GPR) testing, if needed, and geotechnical investigations.– Review available as–built records from previously completed airfield construction projects.– Update existing pavement network definition plan.– Conduct visual inspection of all airside pavements.– Conduct non–destructive testing and structural evaluation of all airside pavements– Conduct friction testing on all runways– Determine functional remaining life of all airside pavements– Evaluate and determine structural remaining life, pavement layer properties, and Pavement Classification Numbers (PCN) for airside pavements– Identify and confirm all airfield pavement sections, develop or update inventory maps and sectioning, and assign section identifiers while recording pavement type, dimensions, thickness, and construction history.– Provide budget estimates for recommended rehabilitation and maintenance projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
