(1) Vendor needs to provide business analysis, system support and project coordination service to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.                             – To provide temporary Business Analyst and system support services to ensure continuity of operations during an extended staff absence within the Enterprise Risk Management & Special Initiatives Division.– Support is required to maintain progress on high‑priority technology initiatives, process‑improvement work, and business‑critical operations dependent on accurate documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.– To engage a Business Analyst consultant who will serve within the Enterprise Risk Management and Special Initiatives Unit to provide analytical, technical, and project support across Agency applications, business processes, and organizational initiatives.– The contractor will support three Strategic Plan initiatives in addition to broader Project Management Office efforts, ensuring alignment with Agency objectives, compliance standards, and enterprise project methodologies.– The consultant will perform requirements gathering, develop functional and technical documentation, support system testing, analyze and update business processes, coordinate issue resolution, and facilitate communication across program and IT teams.– In addition, the consultant will provide project coordination support to manage timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement for multiple concurrent initiatives.• Business Analysis & Requirements Development• Process Mapping & Operational Improvement• System Support & Issue Resolution• Training, Communication & Stakeholder Support• Project Management Support(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
