(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machine implementation and management service to the government authority located in Pomona, NY.– The selected organization will purchase, install, stock, operate, monitor, and maintain four (4) Naloxone vending machines and up to 60 Naloxbox emergency kits throughout agency.– Vending machines and Naloxboxes are innovative methods of distributing Naloxone and other harm reduction supplies by increasing access to these supplies for free.– The awarded provider will be responsible for purchasing, installing, stocking, operating, monitoring, and maintaining four (4) Intelligent Dispensing Equipment (IDE) vending machines and up to 60 Naloxboxes throughout the length of the contract– Vending machines must be equipped with secure, web–based control systems that allow for 24/7 real–time monitoring of transactions and inventory.• Conducting site assessments prior to placement to assess ease of access, implementation needs and any other notable location features.• Coordinating all labor, hardware, anchoring, and electrical/communication set up.• Obtaining or supporting required permits (if applicable)• Ensuring installation meets Local building and safety code requirements.• Ensuring machines are accessible to the public and stocked with agency–approved supplies.• Monitoring and maintaining the vending machines and Naloxboxes, ensuring functionality and timely restocking.• Ensuring naloxone kits are within expiration dates.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
