(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services to the government authority located in Port Orchard, WA.– Primary tasks for implementing the agency include:• Task 1 Assessment of Existing Closure and Remediation Systems• Task 2 Review and Update Existing Compliance Monitoring Plan and Attachments (as needed)• Task 3 Monitoring and Sampling in accordance with current Solid Waste Handling Permit• Task 4 Evaluation of Monitoring Data• Task 5 Reports• Task 6 Ecology’s Environmental Information System (EIM) Database• Task 7 Records Retention• Task 8 Project Management• Task 9 5–Year Review Process(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 16, 2026.
