Vendor needs to provide comprehensive school intervention and improvement services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Supporting school turnaround efforts through evidence–based practices that improve student achievement, strengthen instructional systems, build leadership capacity, promote positive school culture and climate, increase family engagement, and establish sustainable systems of continuous improvement.• Comprehensive School Intervention and Improvement Services directly to teachers and students that embody research–based principles to assist a school in receivership for:• Job–embedded instructional coaching aligned to district curriculum and instructional priorities• MTSS implementation and intervention systems• PBIS and behavioral systems• RTI intervention strategies• Leadership development• Social–emotional and mental health supports• Community Schools and family engagement• Equity–focused supports addressing identified student subgroup needs• Data–driven continuous improvement systems and progress monitoring
