CSE-24147 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Armed and Unarmed Security Guard Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide armed and unarmed security guard service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Service Requirements1. Security guards must report on time, be in uniform, be oriented to security duties, be properly instructed, and be supervised.2. No security guard can be on the premises without a completed background check.– Contractor will provide the following Services:1. Contractor security guard shall at no time leave the designated premises while on assigned duty.2. Contractor must guard the facilities against fire, theft, damage, vandalism, and trespassing.– The security guard must report any unusual incidents, hazardous conditions, or emergencies to the appropriate authority, i.e., City Police Dept., City Fire Dept., and Health and Human Service Commission authorized representative– No security guard shall be paid for overtime. If the security guard will be in overtime status, the Contractor will provide a security guard who is not in overtime.– The security guard shall make rounds of the interior office premises every hour on the hour– The security guard must make random rounds on foot (minimum of one (1) per hour) to ensure the safety of personnel, vehicles, and property in the parking areas of the buildings and as described elsewhere in this document.– The security guard shall patrol the parking areas on foot and control parking on facilities, as requested by the agency authorized representative or Designee– The security guard must not engage in conversations with clients or employees and must not give any policy/office procedures information to clients.– Security guard must refer questions from clients to the receptionist.– The security guard must limit telephone calls to emergency and official business use only.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026
