(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Stevens Point, WI. • Provide professional services for the evaluation, investigation, design, and preparation of construction documents for multiple repair and rehabilitation projects at the county.• Retain a single consultant team for investigation, design, bidding assistance, and construction administration services to ensure continuity throughout the project.• The consultant shall conduct site visits and field investigations necessary to verify existing conditions, identify deficiencies, determine probable causes of deterioration, and coordinate findings with City and Library staff.• The consultant shall begin with a comprehensive review of available reports, plans, studies, maintenance records, and historic documentation.
