(1) Vendor needs to provide MIS support services to the government authority located in Kirkwood, MO. – Provide first level support for all of the following products:• VMWARE• OMNISSA HORIZON• MICROSOFT SERVERS which includes SQL SERVER• ACRONIS CYBER PROTECT• FORTINET FIREWALL and all installed FORTINET modules.• NINJAONE• Cisco switches• Juniper switches• Aruba Wireless AP’s• FORTINET switches and AP’s• HITACHI VSP G200 & E590• Brocade fiber channel switches• Cisco DUO• HPE servers• NAGIOS XI• SOPHOS AV & AntiSpam• CYLANCE/ARTIC WOLF AURORA• MICROSOFT O365– Vendor must provide the agency with methods to contact support staff 24/7.– Vendor must be available to provide remote and on–site support.– Vendor must provide the agency with a monthly report of activities, time spent and resolution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026.
