Vendor needs to provide wildlife managements service to the government authority located in Tampa, FL.• Monitoring Report: – Absence of the monitoring report may delay payment for services rendered.– The written monitoring report must include: location, date and time of visit, specific observation of pest activity, materials applied, including application methods, amounts, and target pest(s), any recommendations, etc.• Chemicals– These records shall be furnished to the Sites & Utilities Department upon request and shall include length of time different types of chemicals used, areas to which applied, and reasons for use.
