(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive recreation management system. – Provide and implement a comprehensive recreation management system supporting membership management, program administration, facility operations, point‑of‑sale, youth programs, intramural sports, sport clubs, personal training, staff scheduling, operational management, and related functions for agency. – Provide comprehensive recreation management software system for agency that consolidates membership management, program registration, facility scheduling, point–of–sale transactions, youth programming, intramural sports, sport clubs, personal training, staff scheduling, operational management, reporting, and administrative functions into a single platform.• Be hosted on U.S.–based servers or cloud infrastructure.• Provide encryption in transit and at rest, data export capability, retention and deletion controls, and breach notification procedures. • Integrate with mandatory campus systems: CougarCard/ID technologies (including turnstile and physical control validation), TouchNet or FreedomPay, Workday, and Single Sign–On via Okta.• Provide documented uptime expectations, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures, API availability, and methods for data import and export.• Disclose all open–source software components used in the solution.• Disclose any artificial intelligence (AI) components included in the solution, including what the AI does, what data it uses, and whether any agency or other data is sent to or absorbed by third–party AI services.• Provide access to a sandbox environment (mandatory).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
