(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in St. Joseph, IN.– Provide a total of two retired or off–duty law enforcement officers who are either retired or off–duty police officers and two unarmed civilian security officers for on–site security at the county building.– Carefully screen and interview Officers assigned to the County locations including preemployment background checks (including but not limited to criminal) and verifications attesting to the ability of the Officer’s overall job suitability to appropriately manage hostile.– The County will provide x–ray machines at each entrance, metal detectors, metal detecting wands, radios, and access to security cameras.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
