100703 - 2023 RF Overlay and Pavement Repair Package

The project package is: 100703 - 2023 Road Fund Overlay and Pavement Repair Package. This bid will be for Washington County. Special and Technical provisions of this bid document apply to Washington County where the word County, Department or Agency is used. The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the following in Washington County: Implement temporary traffic control and temporary pollution control measures Trim vegetation adjacent to and above the roadway related to contract operations Perform Pavement Repairs Perform Cold Plane Pavement Removal Place Level 3, ½” Dense ACP on Washington County roads Replace traffic signal loops and system count loops Place pavement markings as required Adjust utilities Additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications The Contractor shall complete all Work to be done under the Contract for Farmington Road not later than September 1, 2023. All Work to be done under the Contract, except for Kaiser Road is to be completed not later than September 30, 2023. Overlay work for Kaiser Road is not to start until March 15, 2024. All Work to be done under the Contract is to be completed prior to June 1, 2024. The Project cost range is $2,500,000 - $3,500,000.
