EXTRA-77405 - USA (Key West, Florida) - Iguana Removal and Management Services - Deadline November 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide Iguana removal and management services to the government authority located in Key West, FL. – The Contractor shall perform weekly inspections and removal activities at all District sites. Services shall include:a. Active removal of iguanasb. Inspection for new and existing burrowsc. Monitoring of population activityd. Identification and monitoring of nesting arease. Removal of eggs when legally permittedf. Inspection of landscaping and water–adjacent areasg. Identification and documentation of property damage caused by iguanash. Identification of conditions contributing to continued iguana activityi. Recommendations for corrective or preventative measures– The Contractor shall provide emergency call–out services requiring priority response. The maximum allowable response time to have a technician on–site shall be four (4) hours after the District contacts the Contractor by phone or email.– At the request of the District, the Contractor shall provide additional removal or management services outside the regular weekly service schedule.– The Contractor shall distinguish between conditions that can be corrected as part of the Contractor's services and conditions requiring District maintenance, repair, landscaping, construction, or other action.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
