(1) Vendor needs to provide transit scheduling and run cut support services to the government authority located in Phoenix, AZ. – Provide transit scheduling and run cut support services utilizing the Optibus scheduling platform.– Schedule Review and Analysis:• Review existing schedules, blocks, runs, rosters, and operator assignments.• Review optimization settings, scheduling assumptions, and operational parameters within Optibus.– Blocking Support:• Review vehicle assignments and blocking strategies.• Assist in developing efficient vehicle blocks.– Run Cutting and Optimization:• Assist Mountain Line staff in developing and refining operator runs.• Develop and evaluate alternative run–cut scenarios.• Support creation of efficient work assignments that align with agency work rules and operational requirements.– Rostering and Operator Sign–Up Support:• Assist in the development of weekly and bid rosters.• Support operator sign–up preparation and implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
