(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, migration, and implementation services using CMS.• Website design, development, and digital marketing for the services• Design, develop, and implement a new agency website utilizing HubSpot CMS (Content Hub).• Provide documentation outlining the website architecture, CMS structure, templates, modules, and administrative functions.• Create a modern, accessible, and agency brand–aligned visual design system for use throughout the website. • Develop reusable page templates, content components, and modules to support future website expansion and content management needs. • Conduct a comprehensive audit of the existing website and prepare recommendations for content migration, optimization, and improvement. • Ensure the website is fully responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.• Ensure compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards across all templates, pages, and components.• Provide general and technical guidance on website development, accessibility compliance, content management systems, search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), digital strategy, and industry trends.• Assist with website governance, content administration processes, user permissions, training, and content management procedures within the HubSpot CMS environment.• Website development, content migration, digital strategy, accessibility compliance, SEO/AEO optimization, analytics, and related services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
