Décor, Design and Decorating Services for Instagrammable Moments (Rebid)

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide décor, design and decorating services for currently scheduled and pop-up special events throughout the year for the City's Department of Parks & Recreation. The City reserves the right to add and/or remove events and services as necessary.
