(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory and management services to the government authority located in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. – Investment portfolio and recommend an appropriate investment strategy, maturity structure, diversification strategy, and liquidity profile based on the anticipated cash–flow requirements and investment policy.– Assist with cash–flow forecasting and maturity analysis to ensure sufficient liquidity for operating and capital requirements.– Provide ongoing portfolio management and investment recommendations consistent with the investment policy and applicable provisions of the government code.– Conduct credit analysis and ongoing monitoring of securities and issuers held or considered for the portfolio.– Provide monthly and quarterly reports addressing portfolio holdings, transactions, maturities, market value, investment income, performance, compliance, and other information requested– Evaluate interest–rate, credit, liquidity, and market risks and recommend strategies to appropriately manage those risks.– Provide timely economic and market information and other investment–related advice requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
