Electronic Voting Services for Town Meetings

The Town of Nantucket, through its Department Name , invites qualified responders to submit bids for Project Title . The purpose of this project is to define the requirements for the provision, deployment, and support of electronic handheld voting devices for use at Town Meetings. These devices will enable secure, efficient, and transparent voting by registered attendees, replacing or supplementing traditional voice or hand-count voting methods. This Invitation for Bids is made in accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 30B Section 5.
