(1) Vendor needs to provide community strategist service to the government authority located in .• Gather program information, capabilities, and workforce alignment opportunities from each partner• Maintain partner communication records and action item tracking• Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials and document meeting notes• Maintain partner contact lists and communication logs• Track partner implementation timelines and benchmarks• Serve as day–to–day coordination contact between agency and participating partners• Provide general program administrative support• Analyze information on existing regional education and training programs• Identify gaps in career pathway availability and progression• Develop recommendations for enhancing existing programs to better alignwith workforce pathways• Collaborate with Human Resources and Industry Partners to identifyopportunities for adult learner training and career transition pathways• Track partner progress toward established benchmarks(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
