CONS-24012 - USA (Missoula, Montana) - Preliminary Architectural Report Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide preliminary architectural report services to the government authority located in Missoula, MT.– Develop a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) that examines all alternatives related to rehabilitating and improving the building– Prepare a draft Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR).– Hold public meetings/hearings, as applicable.– Meet Missoula County Standard Terms and Conditions (attached to this RFQ).– Provide a final Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
