CSE-24644 - USA (Santa Clara, California) - Video Surveillance Systems Preventative Maintenance and Minor Repair Services - Deadline September 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide video surveillance systems preventative maintenance and minor repair services utilizing 5 NVR Servers and a range of surveillance camera models deployed across one24/7/365 juvenile correctional facility to the government authority located in Santa Clara, CA.– Environment/Alarm analysis – Report on triggered alarms and critical errors logged by the system with suggested remediations.– Corrective Cameras & Electronics Maintenance: – Replace power over ethernet (PoE) injectors/splitters and covers for each camera, and removal & replacement of malfunctioning systems components, on an as–needed basis if/when they fail and as part of troubleshooting.– Contractor shall be available on–call 24/7, including to respond to emergency calls and repairs and shall respond within one (1) hour or less and arrive onsite within two (2) hours for emergency repairs(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
