(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Seaside, CA.o Empty centralized compost bins daily.o Remove trash and food service items, return furniture to proper positions, and spot clean as needed in conference rooms.o Disinfect, clean, and polish drinking fountains.o Empty trash and recycling (including bins located outside within 10 feet of exterior doors). Damp wipe receptacles. Replace liners if soiled/wet (no liner for recycling).o Dust furniture and cleared surfaces.o Spot clean walls, carpets, and interior glass on doors/windows. Submit work orders for stains that cannot be removed.o Vacuum the entire carpet and sweep/mop all hard floors wall–to–wall, moving light furniture/equipment as necessary.o Vacuum the entire carpet and sweep/mop all hard floors wall–to–wall, moving light furniture, mats, and equipment as needed.o Wipe and disinfect eating surfaces and tables.(2) A mandatory pre–submission conference will be held on July 6,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
