Description
The City of Isleton is soliciting for bid proposals from qualified skate park design/build firms to design, build an all steel skate park and install (equipment only) on an existing new 70' x 40' concrete pad. After a thorough review of all available build methods we have concluded the specified system best meets the community’s needs. We are not interested in other build methods for this project. Please see attached "Notice to Contractors Special Provisions Proposal and Contract" for bid submittal. The City of Isleton is a small city (approximately 250 acres) with an estimated 2022 population of 780, 222 single-family homes, 109 multifamily units, and 56 mobile homes (California Department of Finance [DOF] 2022). The City is located in the heart of the Sacramento River Delta fishing, camping, historic tours, farming, wine tasting, and bike riding is prevalent.
