EQU-19743 - USA (Charlotte, North Carolina) - License Plate Recognition System - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide license plate recognition system to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC. – The work and install and configure the System, including, but not limited to, all associated hardware, software, cloud storage, mobile broadband connections, network integration, and device management needed to ensure full operational functionality.– The System shall include a centralized management platform, robust data retention features, real–time alerting, vehicle analytics, and compatibility with agency and third–party law enforcement databases.– User training, system validation, and maintenance must be included.– Secure and manage permits, as required, prior to work being performed. – Provide, install, and maintain a robust and fully operational System with all specified hardware and software necessary. – Configure all software applications and databases to ensure seamless operation, including license plate capture, image storage, real–time alerts, and analytics functions.– Provide secure cloud–based storage for all captured License Plate Recognition data with encryption in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with all applicable data security and privacy laws. – Deliver and install mobile broadband modems capable of high–speed data transmission for each camera or trailer location. – Perform all necessary testing, calibration, and optimization of the System – Provide a 24/7 support helpdesk and a designated Account Manager to respond to System outages, service requests, or emergency technical issues. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
