(1) Vendor needs to provide software development.–  This solution should support opening a connection and authenticating on the network and orchestrate the data–flow from the radio into the network.– Provide technical data in the form of multi–media submissions (power point, videos, white papers, documents, etc.) that addresses the elements of the software architecture described below:– Connection management – Solution that connects to the network and properly authenticates and advertises the radios capabilities. – Driver/API Integration – Solution that interacts with radio’s control system via a hardware API to execute tasking. – Solution or real–time de–capsulation and translation of device native radio data into tactical formats. – Data Integrity – Solution for ensuring zero–loss data translation and maintaining timestamps/metadata accuracy from the radio to the hub.
