HEALTH-10545 - USA (Baltimore, Maryland) - Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Services - Deadline August 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational therapy and physical therapy services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Provide Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) services for all ages.  – Work shall consist of occupational therapy and physical therapy services for ages 0–21 years.– Furnish licensed occupational therapists and physical therapists, who will provide developmentally and educationally appropriate assessments and therapy services to children aged 0–21 years of age.– Contractors must be available to work a full day, which is defined as a maximum 7–hour work day, excluding lunch, according to the bell schedule of their assigned locations. – Conduct a review of the referral information and confidential file in preparation for each assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
