MRB-57199 - USA (Minnesota) - Comprehensive Plan Update Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update services.– The Consultant will lead an extensive, inclusive and multi–format public engagement process and collaborate closely with residents, community stakeholders, city staff, and the Comprehensive Plan steering committee to develop and draft the update.– Consultant shall prepare Community Engagement plan outlining methods, schedule, and target audiences.– Consultant to host necessary online resources, including engagement activities and providing access to the public through the process.– Review demographic, housing, employment, land use, market, parks and trails data and trends. Incorporate relevant data into the Plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
