(1) Vendor needs to provide retail tobacco compliance check service to the government authority located in Augusta, ME. – To promoting health, safety, resiliency, and opportunity to all Residents.– Have no contractual relationship or affiliation with tobacco or tobacco–product companies, owners, affiliates, subsidiaries or holding companies or any organization involved in the production, processing, distribution, promotion, sale or use of tobacco or tobacco–related products.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
