(1) Vendor needs to provide external auditing services to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.– Generally accepted auditing standards as set forth by the american institute of certified public accountants.– The standards for financial audits set forth in the accounting office’s government auditing standards.– The financial audit opinion shall include all required reports, exhibits, and schedules related to:1. Government Wide Financial Statements: Statement of Net Position2. Government Wide Financial Statements: Statement of Activities3. Fund Financial Statements: Balance Sheet4. Fund Financial Statements: Statements of Revenues, Expenditures and Net Changes in Fund Balance5. Footnotes in the Financial Statements, Required Supplementary Information, etc– The required management comment letter must contain a statement of audit findings and recommendations affecting financial systems and statements, internal control, legality of actions, other instances of non–compliance with laws and generally accepted accounting principles, and any other material matters.– The audit report must state where the examination disclosed instances of significant non–compliance with laws and generally accepted accounting principles.– Internal control over financial reporting and on compliance and other matters based on an audit of financial statements performed in accordance with government auditing standards; and, – Compliance with requirements applicable to each major Federal program and on internal control over compliance(2) A Pre–Submittal Conference will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
