(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle towing services to the government authority located in Jefferson, CO.– Provide towing and temporary vehicle storage services.– Services support law enforcement operations including accident response, temporary storage, abandoned vehicle processing, and towing of vehicles.– Maintain continuous availability for towing services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.– Towing various vehicle types, including passenger cars, motorcycles, pickup trucks and larger vehicles such as recreational vehicles.– Notification and handling of personal property, if discovered, in towed vehicles.– Execute multiple tows as dispatched during inclement weather to facilitate snow removal or other emergency services.– Temporary storage of towed vehicles in a secure, fenced or enclosed facility with a dedicated capacity for no less than 20 vehicles.– Provide an inventory report of all towed and released vehicles including case numbers, vehicle details, and statuses by noon every Wednesday.– Abandoned vehicle process to complete the necessary administrative steps for unclaimed vehicles, adhering to statutory requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6,2026.
