(1) Vendor needs to provide positive behavior interventions, supports recognition and student engagement platform.• The platform should support the district's efforts to improve school climate, student engagement, attendance, behavior outcomes, and positive culture through a digital recognition and rewards system• Recognize and reinforce positive student behaviors aligned to district expectations.• Increase student engagement, attendance, and school connectedness.• Provide meaningful incentives and rewards for students.• Collect and analyze behavior and engagement data.• Support agency, restorative practices, and whole–child initiatives– Student and Staff Recognition and Rewards• Digital points–based recognition system.• Customizable behavior expectations and recognition categories.• Student and staff rewards marketplace or school–based incentive management.• Individual, classroom, grade–level, and schoolwide recognition capabilities.• Point redeeming feature• Minor behavior referral system• Digital Point sorting feature to reward internal subgroups– Reporting and Analytics• Real–time dashboards, reporting and integration with SIS.• School, grade, subgroup, and district–level data analysis.• Attendance and behavior trend monitoring.• Exportable reports for district leadership and school teams– Communications and Engagement• Student and family notifications.• Schoolwide challenges, campaigns, and celebrations.• Ability to promote attendance, academic achievement, and positive behavior initiatives(2) The contract period will be for four years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026
