(1) Vendor needs to provide design and engineering services for the reconstruction and extension of pine street including required stormwater and utility modifications and installation (water and sewer), and sufficient information to allow for permitting, bidding, and constructing the project to the government authority located in Ocoee, FL.• Pedestrian Crossings• Specialized Intersection Treatments• Landscape• Hardscape• Stormwater• Street & Pedestrian Lighting (requires coordination with Duke Energy)• Undergrounding of overhead electric where feasible• Extension and upgrade of potable water to serve the corridor– Disciplines required include; but are not limited to the following:• Civil Engineer• Stormwater Engineer• Utilities Engineer• Lighting & Electrical Engineer• Landscape Architect• Irrigation Designer(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
