(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental protection agency grant program application and implementation assistance services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA. – Potential deliverables may include, but are not limited to:• Coalition coordination materials.• Draft and final work plans.• Draft and final budgets.• Coalition Memorandum of Agreement support materials.• Site inventory and GIS mapping products.• Site nomination and prioritization materials.• Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports.• Phase II Environmental Site Assessment reports.• Quality Assurance Project Plans.• Sampling and Analysis Plans.• Health and Safety Plans.• Site eligibility documentation.• Cleanup planning documents.• Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives documents.• Reuse plans and area–wide planning documents.• Community engagement plans.• Meeting materials and summaries.• Public–facing fact sheets and presentations.• Quarterly and annual reporting support.• Final project summaries and closeout materials.• Future Brownfields grant application materials, if an optional service is authorized(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
