Description
The scope of this project consists of a new approximately 10,000 gross square foot building addition, alterations to the existing library to accommodate the addition and related site improvements. The program areas of the improvements are restrooms, storage, teen programs space, expanded children’s collection/ programs space, teen collection space, maker space, covered outdoor patios, bookstore and coffee shop. The building addition shall match existing construction of masonry and Spanish tile roofing.
