Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide lifeline program’s national verifier operations and maintenance support services.– Support the full software development lifecycle across its National Verifier system, including continuous enhancement of the existing applications and enterprise scale platform support provided as a Managed Service.– Design, develop, test, deploy, and sustain improvements to the agency NV system in a continuous, iterative Agile Scrum delivery model– Must possess deep ServiceNow, AWS, and Java Framework expertise, rigorous DevSecOps practices, and demonstrated ability to deliver iterative, highquality software in a regulated, FISMA–compliant environment.– Conduct a comprehensive Discovery, Assessment, and Architectural recommendation for a future–state modernized application for the Lifeline legacy application portfolio consisting of the NV(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
