(1) Vendor needs to provide mail routing services to the government authority located in Mechanicsburg, PA.– Perform as mail routers for navy mobile units and shore installations.– Collect, organize, analyze, interpret and present reports on postal information and management data to include mail on hand, surface mail, empty equipment, inter–theater intra–delivery service, ships listing, and daily mail change data.– Answer mail routing inquiries, and monitor routing of all mobile units and ZIP Code assignments and disestablishments.– Mail Routing based on unit mail routing instructions and available transportation lanes utilizing foreign and domestic commercial airlines and assets.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
