(1) Vendor needs to provide 3rd party leave administration and consulting services. • Provide leave administration services as described in the request for proposal (RFP) and scope of work. • Leave administration services include both paid and unpaid leaves of absence that fall under the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 as well as applicable Board policies and collective bargaining agreements.• Provide multiple methods for healthcare providers to return completed medical certifications 24/7 via secure and confidential web, mailing, faxing, etc.• Provide notification to employees when medical certification is received.• Monitor and enforce employee deadlines for submitting medical certification.• Provide decisions within five business days of receiving all required documentation for the leave• Prepare approval and denial correspondence, including start and end date of leave, type of leave, and the expected frequence and duration of the absence to employee and the District(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Sep 29, 2026
