Pre-Qual Contractors for New Residential and Rehab Projects

Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a list of qualified contractors eligible to participate in bids for New Residential Building and Rehabilitation projects for various Housing sites. Most of these projects are grant funded and are bid on an as-needed basis. In the implementation of these projects, the following job types may be available: New Residential Construction, Housing Rehabilitation, Demolition, Energy Efficiency Retrofits, Lead Based Paint Safe Work Practices/Remediation, and Asbestos Remediation. The pre-qualification status shall be good for two (2) years. The initial due date is for contractors who seek to be pre-qualified for the first round of bids. Contractors who submit their qualifications after the initial due date of December 17, 2019 and are determined to be prequalified will be eligible to bid on subsequent rounds of bids.
