Description
For the abatement and demolition portion of the project we anticipate the following trade packages: Demolition & Abatement, Shoring, Site Utility Disconnection, and MEP Disconnection. The bid documents will be available the week of March 26, 2017 with proposals due April 20, 2017. We are asking all interested subcontractors to join us March 3, 2017 at the General Assembly Building (201 N. 9th Street, Richmond, VA 23219) House Room D at 10:00AM for an information session to review the project details, learn how to prequalify, and to meet Gilbane, DGS, and other subcontractors. Please indicate your interest in this project by emailing klight@gilbanecom.
