(1) Vendor needs to provide cooperative purchasing and revenue sharing program services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Services include legislative advocacy, legal, policy development, research, training and communitydevelopment services.– Provide access to a broad portfolio of competitively solicited contracts covering products and services of interest to local governments, including, as applicable:• Equipment, vehicles, and fleet• Public safety• Information technology• Facilities, maintenance, and grounds• Office products and services• Professional and technical services• Public works• Energy and related services• Construction and renovation– Member services.– Recruit and manage qualified vendors, administer contracts, monitor vendor performance, and assist members in resolving vendor issues.– Development of appropriate co–branded marketing materials.– Promotion of new and upcoming cooperative solicitations.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
