Description
The Assisted Living and Social Services Modernization Office Branch supports the modernization and transformation of ministry programs and services. Its work focuses on improving how services are designed and delivered, supporting the transition from legacy technologies, enabling accessible digital services, improving internal operational efficiency, and coordinating digital delivery with ministry business areas and Technology and Innovation. The Ministry requires strategic consulting services to support digital delivery and transformation initiatives, including initiatives already underway and new opportunities identified to be in scope as defined in Appendix B of the RFP.
