CMAR Services- CAVIT Maricopa Campus

School District Name , ( What is the SDI ) is issuing this RFQ seeking Statement of Qualifications for Project Title . This will be funded using Funding Sources , School District Name is located in County of the District County one of the fastest growing counties in the nation. This will be the first satellite campus for CAVIT. The future CAVIT Maricopa Campus is planned at the southwest corner of W. Madison Ave. and N. Wilson Ave. in Maricopa, Arizona. Phase I is anticipated to include an approximately 12,700 square foot Career and Technical Education facility for Allied Health and Welding programs. The Phase I scope is expected to include the instructional building, parking, bus loading, site circulation, utilities, and supporting infrastructure needed to open and operate the new campus. Although Phase I is the immediate construction focus, the site is being planned with future expansion in mind. The RFQ should state that the selected CMAR must understand both the immediate Phase I scope and the long-term campus master plan so the initial construction does not create conflicts with future phases. Future phases may include additional CTE programs, expanded parking, circulation improvements, campus amenities, restrooms, and supporting infrastructure.
