(1) Vendor needs to provide landing fees administration and management software. – Provide turnkey software solution to manage and administer the collection and receipt of established landing fees that are paid to city.– Including but not limited to the airplane landing data collection, validation, billing and receipt of fees, secure processing and reconciliation, reporting, audit readiness, and remittance to the city.– Aircraft tracking and capturing data for all aircraft landings at falcon field on both runways for fixed wing aircraft and on designated public use areas for rotorcraft.– Invoicing, and collections for aircraft landings.– Customer relations management.– Invoicing, and collections for aircraft landings.– Provide an internet portal for payment resolution and activity reporting.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
