(1) Vendor needs to provide 988 crisis lifeline statewide messaging campaign services.– Increase public understanding and awareness of the 988 Lifeline and the behavioral health crisis support it provides– Improve access to the 988 Lifeline and its behavioral health crisis support.– Develop high–utility assets that deliver immediate, measurable impact for the state 988 crisis lifeline statewide messaging campaign that can be utilized by the department for at least five years.– Develop a strategy to launch and sustain the state 988 crisis lifeline statewide messaging campaign for at least 5 years.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
