The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified electric vehicle (EV) charging station Vendor for the design, purchase, and installation of hardware and any accompanying software implementation for facilitation and management of electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) for the City of Pittsburgh, Equipment Leasing Authority, hereafter referred to as "Authority." The companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as “Vendor.”
