Biosolids Hauling

The City and Vendor will partner to work together with all regulatory agencies to continually improve treatment process technology. This Solicitation is to removal and dispose of lime stabilized waste­ activated Class AA EQ biosolids generated by the Bioset Process Technology at the SRWWTP, located at 1621 N. 14th Avenue, Hollywood, Florida. The vendor agrees to abide by all applicable policies and biosolids management practices promulgated by the SRWWTP to assure compliance with the City's obligations as per FAC. 62-640 and US 40 CFR Part 503. At the City's written request, Vendor agrees to prevent truck drivers from transporting biosolids material who have been found, with just cause, to have violated the City's policies and management practices. The City will provide the Vendor with copies of all applicable policies and management practices as an attachment to this contract.
