(1) Vendor needs to provide codification solution to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT. – Services including solutions that can organize, update, and publish local government ordinances and laws into a structured searchable code to ensure legal consistency.– Ability for internal users to convert adopted ordinances into a website and platform that can also be updated regularly,– Provide a platform that is easily searchable and user friendly for both internal and external access,– Ability to archive outdated code and policy.– Ensures ADA compliance.– User management structure and functionality, and security user group allowances.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
