(1) Vendor needs to provide closed–circuit television replacement service to the government authority located in Dayton, OH. – To remove the existing closed–circuit television (CCTV) systems and install new, fully functional video surveillance systems in the common areas of six occupied hi–rise residential buildings.– Supply and installation of a new IP and Universal HD–over–Coax video surveillance system – All network/IP cabling (Cat 6 riser and plenum rated as applicable), power–over–ethernet, and associated infrastructure. Existing coax and power cabling is reused only at the camera tags so designated on the Contract Drawings; all IP camera types receive new Cat 6.– Interior and exterior cameras, mounting brackets, junction and pull boxes, Wiremold, and weather–tight exterior wall penetrations at all locations shown on the Contract Drawings.– All conduit, backboxes, supports, and incidental electrical work necessary for a complete installation.– Coordination with the existing fire alarm and fire suppression systems, which shall remain active.– System programming, testing, and commissioning; documented field testing of every device; verification of all camera views, recording, retention, and remote access.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
