(1) Vendor needs to provide youth programs service to the government authority located in Rockville, MD. – With guidance and input from College’s Youth Programs, Contractors prepare well organized, safe, fun–filled and developmentally appropriate courses for children ages 6–17 in any or all of the subjects.– All courses must include a course description, lesson plans, materials list, age group, number of hours, length (days) of course and instruction method.• Arts, Design, and Creative Expression • Technology, Computer Science, and Digital Literacy• STEM and STEAM• Career Exploration• Languages and Communication• Social Sciences and Humanities• Life Skills and Personal Development• Culinary and Hospitality• Trades, Design, and Applied Technologies• Animal and Environmental Studies• Health and Human Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
